Mediterranea Quality Food through the ‘LALTRAPIZZA’ brand produces Pisa, Pizza, Panini and Focacce bases, ideal to be stuffed or used as bread substitutes.

We have various product lines for all our products: Linea Ambient (90 days shelf life), Linea Frozen (15 months shelf life), Linea Frozen to Fresh (15 months shelf life and after thawing 30 days shelf life).

All products are handcrafted and processed according to an innovative method that involves leavening and maturing for over 60 hours. Each piece is prepared, processed and rolled out by hand by our experts. The entire process and its stages are subjected to strict control to guarantee a result of the highest quality.

We serve both the Horeca and Retail channels and around 50 per cent of our turnover is generated abroad. Developing the Asian market is among our goals for the coming years.
